In the business for almost 30 years and still curious and looking for new challenges when it comes to everything that concerns intellectual property. Peter is known to take a pro-active approach when it comes to protecting the business interest of his clients, which they universally appreciate.

A man of theory and practice. Peter advises clients on IP strategy, their trademark and design portfolios in various countries, and how to enforce them. He does this in a committed and proactive way. When it comes to enforcement, prevention is always better than cure.

As an IP expert, Peter worked for FMCG, electronics, entertainment and fashion companies. He assists multinationals, but just as much likes to help start-ups and non-profit organizations that are looking for someone who actively thinks along during different growth phases.

He worked for the two largest IP firms in the Netherlands for years, but his heart lies with his own firm. Which may not be surprising, seeing that he comes from a family of entrepreneurs.

Peter likes to share his knowledge with younger generations. At the VU University in Amsterdam, he assist master students in the final phase of their studies in crossing the finish line.

Peter is a registered Benelux and European trademark attorney and an active member of various professional organizations, such as BMM, the International Trademark Association (INTA), AIPPI and the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG).

Married, father of twin sons and an avid sailor.
